This is My 1st time visiting Urban Wellness and I must say the staff was very polite and helpful. They took the time to explain and answer Alot of questions I had pertaining to merch, strains and had a few top referrals when it came to black label flower. Wonderful advice. Vince helped me and he was such an awesome guy. He was even working on crutches from a skateboarding accident. The managers on duty were super helpful and friendly too. I really was impressed by the overall customer service by everyone. It was 420 so there was extra help and important people around, but I really liked the vibe. I will be back just because of this. I only came in for specific gummies, but I will be rethinking my current dispensary. I love their bud, but the customer service is no where near what yours is. Good job management. Pulled up to Urban Wellness – Rio location on Saturday and the experience was top tier. Larry went above and beyond super knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely made sure I got exactly what I needed. You can tell he actually cares about the customers, not just the sale. Smooth process, great energy, and elite customer service. This is how it’s supposed to be done.
