Customer service is always great!! friendly and very helpful but lately there’s been a short of pre-rolls nine months ago same thing happened now, I normally smoke Formula One pre-rolls and that’s all I smoke just pre-rolls so it’s difficult to come in sometimes and you guys are always out lately. Not sure what’s going on with production, but I wish they would figure it out. Ive been a customer since you first open and only had 1 location please please keep formula One pre-rolls in stock – Nando R

I have always had a great experience at the Rio Rancho Verdes. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and they are always willing to help you out find what may help you.
