Although it is cheaper to order online, its costs more in the end because they NEVER get the order correct or will replace prerolls as they see fit. I have been a loyal customer for a long time and am growning tired of getting home and my order completely different than my original online order. Do better, take time to make sure the order is correct and if you're out of a product tell the customer so they can replace with their choice. Very disappointed – Alicia Berg
