Great staff on roadrunner but they lacking on the customer service at the Locust location. Moo miles rewards points are only valid for 3 months and get erased after 30 days of no purchases. – Tre Jones
Mostly bad unfortunately because first apparently there were new sign-up requirements that required my information all over again even though I just signed up last month, second because I was sold product from the refrigerator had expired already and I was not aware until I had already left town. Could not drink it at all, was bad.. otherwise seemed to be helpful but that mistake was detrimental. – Ro-gelio
You can’t go anywhere else in town besides Pecos. Specially this exact location, every employee I’ve encountered there has remembered my name and order, the customer service is by far some of the best I’ve ever seen and I work in retail myself.
