This was my second visit to address an issue with a defective product. The Solar Burst cartridge only burned from the bottom and did not function as intended. On my first return, a replacement was provided. When I returned again for the same issue, I was informed that the purchase could not be found on my account, which was disappointing given the prior return for the identical product. I ultimately purchased a different cartridge to resolve the situation. I would appreciate a refund for the non-functioning cartridge, as it did not perform as advertised. While product defects can occur, consistent resolution and clear customer service are essential. Unfortunately, this experience has diminished my confidence in returning. – Marvin Romero

Empty pre-roll ⚠️Went in to get a couple pre-rolls and some gummies, and when we opened this pre-roll it was totally empty. Called the store and said refunds were “impossible”, offered credit but we’re from out of town so that didn’t help at all. Very disappointing. Don’t shop here, or at least check ur order to make sure they didn’t leave anything out. – Camila Isaza
