I’ve been a smoker for about 40 years, and I’ve been a daily smoker for the last 20, so I know what I like and I know quality. I went into Hashtag Cannabis for the first time and was helped by Billie Jean, who was awesome—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely great customer service. Unfortunately, the product itself was a big disappointment. I was a little tight on cash, so I bought an ounce, and it honestly feels like the lowest-quality flower available. I’m not getting any effect at all, which is extremely frustrating as a longtime, experienced user. This was my first visit, and I really wanted it to be a good experience because the service was solid. If there’s any possibility of an exchange or return, I would be very thankful. As it stands, the product quality alone makes it hard for me to consider coming back, which is disappointing. – Irma Foltz

Been coming here since they opened, it's become my spot to stop. I dont even live in LC anymore! With their new expansions they have so many products and absolutely all of them have amazing attitudes. Whether it's for flower, concentrate, edibles. Even the shake doesn't feel cheap or dry. Prices are good, but when they're high it usually feels worth the price and is brand variant. They have frequent great sales, I save a lot of money here vs other dispensaries. Also the founders are awesome, they always help find what i need and when they don't have it, I often find it stocked within a week or two. Love this place ❤️ – Cedes Gomez
