Have been trying to get my medical card renewed for the past month already and has gone absolutely no where….. i have not even gotten a call back yet… after putting in 5 online request maybe more and calling like once a day everyday leveling a voicemail still have not heard nothing…. So I decided to go down there to see what was up all I was told was systems were down to try again cause they were up now so I put in another 5 request to get my card renewed and still nothing.. still have been calling and leaving voice mails and nope not a single call back…. I was trying to get this done in a timely matter so my card wouldn’t expire on me but since all this it has expired and thats not cool cause my meds really do help In my day to day life so I’m not only disappointed but Very frustrated and overall un professional…. – Nick Gonzales
