The service was good and the products were good. The selection was also good. However, I didn’t have cash on me so I checked and saw that they took debit cards but not credit cards on the website, when I arrived. I asked if they take cards and they said yes they take debit cards. I was never told in person or saw on the website that they charge you a fee for using your debit card and was charged almost $8 dollars ($7.75)to use my debit card. I noticed that I received a fee from my bank for $3.75 plus the amount of my transaction was $4 dollars over the price I was told my products were. I was not given a receipt and I didn’t ask for one, but when I was told the total I was not told the total with the fee, the fee was never discussed so even though they were nice and helpful and the products were fine this was disappointing and not acceptable. There should be some type of information on the website that says we charge you a fee. It was actually taken out of my account as an, non-bank ATM withdrawal and like I said, the total was four dollars over the price, I was told when I gave my card and I was also charged those additional fees by the bank eight dollars is not a lot of money but it not acceptable that they run your card through some type of ATM and charge you a fee plus the fee your bank charges and never say this to you. It’s the lack of disclosure that is not cool otherwise this place is nice but definitely take cash with you. – Theresa Aragon

Was in Santa Fe on vacation had to make a stop near their shop so walked in. Very friendly staff, very professional staff, great selection and prices. Highly recommend to fellow tourists and others. You'll save green and have a mellow process doing it. – Eric Graham

Recently, not long out of the hospital and extremely depleted on all levels, I visited this location, and no words can overstate the quality of customer service I received. I went for "Sunday Sesh," when one can build their own half ounce for 99$. Extremely mentally fatigued, it took a while to decide about proportions. Jerry (sp?) was my bud tender, and was incredibly patient, understanding, and helpful. He even went as far as to offer to package some of each strain separately, some for immediate use, and the remainder for later. Furthermore, Everest's array of flower strains is vast, and staff are more than knowledgeable about terpene and cannabanoid profiles of each strain. They also have awesome deals and promotions. Edit: Whoever is in charge there reached out to me to let me know that they got the baller jars back in. Appreciate the outreach. 5 stars for the staff but very disappointed they’ve stopped ordering the phantom baller jars. They need to get those back on the shelf asap. – Austin Higgins
