The personnel were great to deal with but don't always tell you what's going on. But all and all I'm very satisfied with the end result of this whole process, but they need to speed up their efforts and get these cards out in a timely manner instead of waiting for 30 days, no reasoning for this at all. – Roger Allen Kallembach
I've called here a few times air status check and some info. Every single time the women who answered my calls were extremely nice. On top of that, my aplucation showed on on March 31st, and called today (april14th) they said my card goes out today. So They seem to be working hard there. Thank you! – Mike Kalb
Was very displeased of staff who answered phone. Around close to 5pm I was accommodating friend to the Medical Canabis Office in Sante Fe with 7min into Sate Fe on the phone with reception. Reception told us they were a state agency and they were closing at 5pm today is Thursday. I pleaded and asked if reception could accommodate us the few minutes to get to the building as we were only 7 min in and arriving shortly thereafter. They would not and added that "now its 4 min until closing" and then "now were closed" and "any money could not be taken at this time". While I continued to beg the receptionist in that Canabis Dept to wait a few minutes for us that we were on the CanAm Highway she was very negative and I told her I'm accommodating a person on disability who needs to fill out a form and get a print out as well as paying for the service to do so. The receptionist was still negative although at one point she did display some hope as to ask, "Where are you.?" But then again said that were closed now and we cannot help that this is a state agency and we are closed now!" "We open at 8am tomorrow morning." And hung up on me after doing so. This was so unbelievable that someone with disability has to go through not getting the help to get a service from the state office here in Sante Fe just a few minutes and we could of been taken care of out of the way of the receptionist saying no. I would just like to put this out there to the Sante Fe Canabis Program state agency that just because of closing hours that a person with disability cannot get the help from the office needed. – Nicky B.
I have a disability and I have found that the staff of the Medical Cannabis program have consistently gone above and beyond to be of assistance. Further, as a person with a disability, I do not expect the world to start and stop at my convenience. If I need to visit the office, I do not call them 10 minutes before the close and tell them to stop their lives and meet my demands. Complaining that this agency should stop, and everyone stay open late, to meet the needs of this one person is ridiculous. Was she honestly surprised a State agency that operates under strict guidelines was closing when every other governmental office in the world closes? Talk about a sense of privilege.
