No biggie, but when i called in the person on the phone just says "Hey" I thought i misdialed but when i called back was greeted with another "Hey" Yall could have great deals but id never know because you dont have a basic website and your customer service is way to lax – Zak Khorshid

Great service whenever I come in. The only issue is that the products seem to be inconsistent. I bought two disposable pens, one worked great, the other tasted like burnt plastic. When I opened it up, there was absolutely nothing in it. Brand new, for $100. Not sure if I should go back for a refund or cut my losses – Anna Doherty
