If you enjoy horrible customer service; and at best mid grade product, come here. If only you could leave 0 stars. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Serena was the worst customer service I have ever received. They sell you “prerolls,” that are trim, that’s why it’s cheap. And it’s not even good. Spend the extra few dollars anywhere else, and have not only a WAY better experience but WAY better bud. They double charged us, and Serena made the whole process after horrible; it was ridiculous and way worse than it needed to be for no reason. Don’t come, they will rip you off. – Madelyn Powell
