Nirvana Cannabis - 75th Ave (West Phoenix)

This is my go-to dispensary even though it’s pretty far from where I live. Rodger is usually my budtender and he’s honestly great. He always helps me find exactly what I need, is super patient, and never rushes you even when there’s a long line. Every now and then he’ll even throw in a little bonus, which is always appreciated. Rodger and the rest of the budtenders really make this place stand out. The quality of the product is always on point and the overall vibe is great. Nirvana off 75th is a solid experience every time—customer service, product quality, and atmosphere are all 5 stars. Also, shoutout to the security guard who’s always super friendly! – Art Sanchez

My wife Amanda stopped in at Nirvana to pick up her usual three 1g carts of Liquid Gold and a half ounce of Donny Burger that had been mistakenly listed on Leafly for $30 instead of the normal $135. When she got to the counter, she let them know it via her phone that it was listed on Leafly as such. The two gentleman who helped her, Parker, & Will, went above and beyond. Instead of just removing the item, he honored the $30 price on the Donny Burger because she handled the situation kindly and didn’t make a fuss, something he said isn’t common when these mix-ups happen. To top it off, he noticed she was close to earning a free eighth through their points system and gave it to her early. That kind of respect, honesty, and customer appreciation is what sets Nirvana apart. Parker, Will, and the team turned what could have been a small issue into an experience worth writing about. There were two budtenders nick snd eli. Nick helpednmemout getting me exactly the kinda of mellowed out, giggle my tits off vibe but i had to walk to circle k for cash back. Before i walked back to circle k for the 2nd time to het one more dollar cash back i needed Eli ran and to grab me and said nah youre good bro just spend the $10 and you get our first timers offer of a free eighth so i saved 5$, a second trip back to circle k and got a lot more than double the flower. To keep anlong story long… nick and eli are a couple of real ones that are gonna be two very crucial elements in repeat business. – Ashley Winn

Jake was very friendly and provided phenomenal customer service, honestly the best I have had at any dispensary ever. His knowledge and expertise was on point. We walked out with more than we had planned at pretty much the same price with the great deals the store was offering.
