Ive been to other dispensaries and had heard about story dispensary from friends. I stopped in on my way home and basically explained what I was looking for. The guy I worked with was amazing and answered all my questions. I went home with a half Oz for $35 Indica A Vape and Gummies BEST THING YET ….everything was 50% off PLUS I got a free pre roll diamond infused. Most of the locations I go to are decent. Mines the best of course on McDowell and the freeway. I’m currently standing outside the location on 25th Ave and McDowell. About 10 minutes so far, kinda chilly lol. I woulda have left but I am tight on time. I will not be returning here however. – Michael Piccioli
I’ve had repeated negative experiences at this dispensary, and at this point it needs to be said publicly. I’ve placed online orders multiple times and arrived before receiving a “ready for pickup” notification. There is nothing on the website or during checkout that states your order cannot be prepared if you arrive early. Instead of explaining or helping, staff consistently respond with attitude, dismissiveness, and zero effort to resolve the issue. This is not a one-time situation — it happens every single visit. The treatment I receive feels unwelcoming and targeted, and it’s uncomfortable to be spoken to the way I am when I’ve done nothing wrong as a customer. If there is a policy regarding online orders, it needs to be clearly stated and applied respectfully. Poor communication does not justify poor customer service. I spend my money where I’m treated with respect. Until this location addresses staff behavior and customer service standards, I can’t recommend it. – laylah taylor

This is the BEST Story Cannabis in Az. I love their house brand, Just Flower. Whoever grows, drys and cures this brand is phenomenal. All the bud tenders are amazing, they really know their product.
