Nothing is more annoying than a store closing before posted time. Even if it's one minute. Usually this place is friendly and awesome but not tonight. Would be nicer if they opened late like Mint or even better 24/7. I lost $20 earlier at the store when I went to pick my pre-order up and the front clerk could care less now this…. I have been coming to Story for about a year and have always been impressed with the top notch customer service. I never feel rushed and they are happy to answer any questions. Tonight was the first time I have been here on a Friday night and let me tell you from the outside, due to the full parking lot (had to park down the street), I was pretty sure we would be waiting in line forever, but was pleasantly surprised to receive the same top notch customer service as always and didn'thave to in line any longer then any other time. I had a fantastic experience! The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and there was absolutely no pressure to buy anything. They patiently answered all my (probably dumb) questions and went over all the specials in detail. Not only did they hook me up with some great deals, but I also got a few extras for just a penny since I spent a decent amount. I believe the girl who helped me was named CC or KK (it was on the receipt), and she was amazing—walking me through every step and making sure I felt comfortable. I've been shopping there for several months now. Today I asked about my points, only to be told I had none but they would start accruing today. No thanks! I'll go back to Curaleaf where I get usable points with every purchase. Perhaps the management at Story need to learn something about this industry other than "It's weed, man!". I would also suggest to the employees to find another dispensary to work for, as Story is starting to remind people of Nature's Medicine and the awful system and flower they had. Absolutely great place. Tons of variety at a great price. They always have tons of sales. The product is absolutely amazing. I don't think I've ever had any bunk product from them yet. The bud tenders are all so friendly, helpful and definitely knowledgeable. Most of the time I asked them to pick for me considering a lot of them have already tried the products. Once I found this place I haven't set foot in another dispensary. I gave them four stars only because the last two out of five times I've showed up. I have used the app and I have had a little trouble with it. The last time I used the app it glitched out on me in mid order and sent my pickup order to a different location. They were still amazing and helped me get my ordered filled. – Ms. Delusional
