I don’t ever make reviews but this was the second time I was mistreated. The ladies are super rude, I work in customer service, the customer isn’t always right, I know how it is. The lady who checked me in had the audacity to get mad at me for a mistake by their system. Still I remained civil & waited. After going to the budtender, she wanted to brush me off after she couldn’t find my order & said I had to wait before the 6 customers before me (mind you an issue with their system & I placed an order) I insisted she help me, she ended up finding my order & I went on about my day still being understanding. Definitely not worth tipping but you can’t wash dirt with dirt. No apology whatsoever but hey, people suck! – Kelly Mendoza
Bad communication service bad but they told me over the phone there giving out free promotion jeeters if you buy one. I went in and bought a jeeters but since they were 20% off already I couldn't get the promotion jeeters. I feel like like they should've still had it out – Arthur
