Man oh man I can't say enough about the OGs of this particular mint cannabis started off not knowing it any other way and now I wouldn't have it any other way there's just some things specific about the original crew that has a high set of customer service standards that I'm noticing some of the new hires don't always possess. But no matter who you're dealing with day night brand new or seasoned Bud tenders mint cannabis at cave Creek and Bell most definitely hands down spectacular give me 14 more just like it!! always has the best budtenders in the valley!! The staff here is always very friendly, but today was above and beyond. I didn’t catch the woman’s name at the front desk, but she was so inviting and we had such a nice warm conversation before and after I picked up my order. The man who helped me Chance was fantastic. He made a very silly and funny joke that honestly made my whole day! The products are great and so affordable, but it’s the staff that truly keeps me coming back! – Sarah Nelson

I love the Mint @Cave Creek, and as an older person I was very comfortable going there. Until i walked in today to find one of the gentleman from the back upfront checking people in. He has phone off the hook on the counter, he scans me in and I go to the door and it’s locked. I wait a few seconds, check and still locked. So I look over to desk and he is going to the back, so I said hello the door is locked. He says ok I’m sorry hold on geeez calm down and keeps going. I never said a word to him. I think he was out of line maybe not front desk material cuz he has helped me in the past in back and was great. I’m really gonna consider another dispensary and that makes me sad. – Lynda Bednarek

I don’t usually write reviews, but Jacob definitely earned one. You can tell right away he actually enjoys his job and knows his stuff. I told him what I was looking for, and his edible recommendation was spot-on — hit exactly as hard as he said it would, and the flavor was honestly great (which isn’t always the case with edibles). Really appreciate someone who’s knowledgeable, honest, and clearly passionate instead of just pushing whatever’s on the shelf. If you get Jacob, you’re in good hands – Bryant Fortin
