I'm incredibly disappointed with Curaleaf's business practices. While they are a popular spot in the Valley, their loyalty program is completely out of touch and arguably deceptive. The spending requirements for their tiers are astronomical: $800 just to reach the second tier, and $5,000 for the top tier. Because points expire in a very short three-month window, these goals are unattainable for the average customer, keeping almost everyone trapped at the base level. Additionally, the customer service regarding these points is lacking. Staff consistently auto-applies points to purchases without asking, removing the customer's choice in how to use them, and there is virtually no way to track or prove this on the consumer end. It feels like they intentionally keep quiet about the details of the program because it's so poorly designed. If you're looking for a dispensary that actually values its customers and offers realistic, consumer-friendly rewards, look elsewhere. Curaleaf's system is clearly designed to make you fall short. – TJLongStocking
