From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable. Great customer service is hard to find, but this team truly understands how to create a positive experience. Everyone was patient, helpful, and carried great energy. They answered questions, made the process smooth, and treated me with respect. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this location to anyone in Phoenix looking for quality service and a great atmosphere. Been all over the country to dispensaries, and this is the best service I have received. Clint made my night, the customer service he offered was beyond regular and I felt seen.
