my experience at camelback is always a positive one. Today I got the pleasure of being called by Ivan wonderful budtender with excellent customer service all around. One thing that Ivan said that caught my attention was “ we’re glad you’re here “. I feel sometimes we don’t thank the customer for coming in today or tell them we’re glad you made it in. Spencer’s choice of words and customer service to me was incredible just that little slogan put a smile on my face walking out. I appreciate you Spencer. With this type of service it only starts at the top and that is with the GM Ryan. Ryan commitment to making sure his team is completely trained and knowledgeable for every guest that walks in is incredible and admirable as a leader. For whoever is reading this review…please sit Ivan down to discuss promotion opportunities. This guy deserves it and with what he brings as a leader he deserves that opportunity!! – Armando Arevalo
My kind of service! I didn't get his name but regardless he was very friendly patient and engaging to not only me but the people before me while there was a line growing. I just walked in early in the morning in a weekday and was able to get in within minutes. The staff was very helpful and professional in helping me understand the testing options for 3 labs I was looking to get done. The blood draw was quick and easy. I’d highly recommend this for comfortable and quick customer experience. – Matt Mueller
We were town visiting, we stop off at this dispensary and the guy that helped us was very rude. Tried to ask for recommendations but he seemed annoyed. Then coming back home and was wondering my Cartlidge had and weird taste and the last few days we had a weird cough. Come to find out the cartilage was two years old, and the person who sold it to us, did not even care that he sold it or didn’t bother to look at the dates – Raquel Guerro
For starters I was a regular customer of curaleaf until today 6/13/2025. I purchased two select briq pens on May 18th less than a month ago. I opened the wedding cake and had been using it for just under a month. When that pen started to run low I opened the lemon cherry gelato and the pen did not work at all. I tried plugging it in and the light would not turn on. I called the phone number listed and got connected to their call center. The representative tried calling the store and there was no answer. I headed to the store, spoke to a manager that stated they do not do returns after 7 days and that I should have tested both pens after purchasing them. For one, I work in healthcare and one pen lasts me months. Two, the budtenders do not inform you that there is a 7 day return policy or to test the product to ensure it is functioning. This should not be something we as the customer have to do, this pen should have already been proven functional. I will go to your competitors from now on. You have lost my business forever. Also, seeing other reviews showing harvest dates years ago shows that you do not care about your customers, shame on you! – Kevin A
