Usually a great and swift experience when ordered online. Today at 11am they just decided to excuse online orders and decided to help every walk-in shopper go ahead first meanwhile they had a massive online order line build up, 2 of us up front in line waiting for 20+ minutes while others who came in well after us got to be helped first. Massive fumble, massive disappointment since like I stated above, it’s usually a great and swift experience for online orders. – Jacob Harbeck

The customer service here is terrible. These bud tenders should really go through medical marijuana certification classes because these people do not know anything about any strands or anything else involved with medical use. No type of accountability I made a Leafly order and drove 30min to this location just to get my order. Just for the store to tell me they do not honor orders from Leafly. Even after showing proof that the online order was correct and correct location as well. There was no accommodation, nor empathy from the employees stand point. I literally wasted my time going to this dispensary because I could have easily went somewhere else and gotten a better deal, if I had known this location would not honor my online order. When other curaleaf location were able to honor the offer from Leafly. They even went in the system to see that other curaleaf location had honored the same promotion from leafly. Even though my other experience with curaleaf gave me such an exquisite feeling when visiting, because of this location I’ll probably never visit curaleaf or recommend curaleaf as a ASU biomedical student. – Mon Skrilla

The store is always very clean and vibrant. Love the product they have as well as deals. Jada is very attentive, cool, and great at choosing a selection of what I was interested in looking in. – Orion

Great customer service. I had pre ordered a half oz from growsciences that was sold out at most of their locations by me and when I went to pick it up I had accidentally gone to the wrong store. Instead of the bud tender trying to sell me something else so he could make the sale he helped me track down my order and pointed me in the direction I needed to go, he genuinely cared about me getting the medicine I set out to get which was important to me. I forgot his name but thanks to whoever you are and the curaleaf teams!!!! – Chance Morales

The worst experience I’ve had in my entire life. I placed an online order on Leafly just to travel all the way to the store for them to tell me they do not honor Leafly order. But Leafly is letting you place orders specifically for this location. Customers and managers had no clue of specials and deals. Manager and employee had an attitude because I would not let them just tell me anything to get me out their faces. I should have gotten name but the manager that work 2/16/26 at 9pm. And her employees. They’re telling me I have to call Leafly when clearly after I gave the girl my ID to scan she was able to she my Leafly online order, but they don’t honor Leafly though. Employee and manager should take communication classes or yall need to make sure these people have some sort of education because if you can’t interpret what the customer is saying then this not the job for you. They don’t listen to the customer thinking that they are weed sellers because working at a dispensary lol – Mon Skrilla
