Scott was very attentive the moment I walked in the door, he was willing to assist regardless of having an online order. He was polite and I appreciated his walk through of my order, he flipped the concentrates upside down so I could see the consistency and asked me if it all looked good. I am highly disappointed. There are so many options out there for where to shop. This place has a bad reputation for customer service but I never believed it until now. My order number is #: 429324573. I placed this on 10/31. I called on Monday 11/3 before going into the store. I purchased a vape set that was on special. I had half a cartridge left. It quit working. It had only been three days. When I spoke to the guy working the front desk – he works the front desk a lot – (skinny with black hair), he said per policy if it is defected and it has been less than I believe 5 days or something (maybe 7 days), that they would take the item back. I drove 20min because the rep gave me his word based on policy and process. When I showed up, he took back everything he said. He didn’t even try to look my order up. He smiled like it was funny the entire time and could have cared less. I am getting really tired of giving my hard earned money to organizations that could care less about the customer. Not one time have I ever been asked if I was a loyalty member. Not once has anyone tired to help outside of here is your order sir. Come buy from us but we could care less about your experience.
