Lidz Cannabis North Spokane (previously Piece of Mind Cannabis)

I'm really disappointed. My husband and I have been coming into lidz for our needs and have been loyal customers for years. I swear my husband says we're going to go somewhere else if it doesn't stop. You need to train your employees better about the products you a selling. Your return policy doesn't we include the employees selling you the wrong product. Twice now that has happened. Both times in the past three weeks! I specifically asked for a sativa dominant, the first time they sold me an indica unknown to me until I had gotten it home and smoked some. Only then did I realize that it was indica. Yesterday was the final straw for him. I specifically asked for blue dream at more than 17%. He was unable to find any so we settled on another one, I do not remember the name, only that it was 30%, sativa dominant and $97! We also bought a sluhi and two packages of gummies, sativa dominant also. You can look me up in your computer and see i always have boughten sativa products. So! We spent $153 yesterday which is a lot of money for us on SSI. I get out to the truck and low and behold I go to smell it and discover it has already been opened. We took it back in for an exchange and damnit they not only gave me the wrong one, once again I got home and started smoking it only was not what I paid for it was an indaca. Once again not returnable. I smoke because I'm disabled with glocoma and even with my glasses I can't see the print on the container so I depend on your employees to do the right thing. Yesterday we got someone else for the return. Not five minutes later. Our guy was gone. She acted like we were guilty of trying to scam someone, maybe if she had been a more attentive person and not in a hurry to take a break… anyway it's not appreciated one bit! Please train your bus tenders better I'm changing my rating to a five star review. I never expected a response so fast. In fact I really didn't expect one at all. The manager called us within minutes it seemed. Oh my, she made everything good. I've never had such a response from anyone ever like that, Thank you for your help, and yes we will continue to come to your establishment for our needs… – Ginnie Boddy

The bud tenders are always very knowledgeable with currant products and trends. Julia was the bud tender that helped me. She had some great suggestions and narrowed down the products I should look at. The product she recommended was delicious and worked exactly how she said it would! Love it here! Their prices are better than most and I've had some great experiences with knowledgeable staff. In particular I look forward to everytime Nate helps me- friendly & seems to know his product. I'm newly disabled and he runs to grab the door for me whenever he can, always with a smile on his face. That's pretty lost nowadays and I'm so appreciative. He helped me find some RSO & edibles that fit my needs and is always happy to answer questions if I'm trying something new. All of the staff that've helped me here have been friendly and attentive. They have a good selection of edibles and my husband always finds a fun pre-roll to try. Occasionally they're out of what I come in for but by my next trip it's usually stocked back up. They do have some pretty glass pieces there as well and the remodel really makes everything shoppable and easy to look at. I drive 45 mins each way to get here but it's well worth it. – Desiree Holweger

Is the best cannabis shop in town!! I used to shop at cannabis and glass where I would buy my distillate syringes but they were always out of everything. Not to mention at minimum you would pay at least $30 for a crystal clear syringe, if you come to lids they're like $19 and some change a piece! This is by far the best price I have ever come across for Crystal clear. I regularly come here for my concentrate, because the tenders are knowledgeable, they also pretty regularly have new stuff. But you cannot beat the prices on stuff here. This is by far the most affordable cannabis shop in Spokane! And the valley in my experience. – A Smith
