After YEARS of being told that the rewards points have no expiration date, I finally decide to use some of my THOUSANDS of points that I had saved up only to find out that they were deleted over a year ago without my consent or notification. You know full well how legally dubious this is. Very disappointed. I'll still shop here because they have the best selection in town and are usually kind to me, so no major complaints there, but daaaang, you guys effectively stole money from me.
