This place has been my go-to dispensary in South Hill for the last few years, and up until these last 30 days or so it was a 5-star experience due to the discounts and the quality of service. But within the last month or so my orders have been wrong around half the time. They've nearly up charged me by picking a different blend/strain than what I've ordered online, relying on me to catch their error and ask for a correction when I notice the final total is wrong. Other times I've gotten equally priced substitutions without being told in advance, and some of those substitutions have been of inferior brands and much lower quality than what I've ordered (Wyld downgraded to Doja or a live resin brand I've never heard of comes to mind). And then finally I placed an online order only to never have my order processed in the remaining 8 hours the store was open. I get that it's a busy season, but I didn't even get a conciliatory message saying they couldn't get to me for one reason or another. If this downward spiral of service persists I will be forced to take my business elsewhere. And honestly I don't really want to! My prior experiences with the staff have been great and I've never had a problem with any of them, or with the online ordering process, until relatively recently. I'm hoping this is a rough patch they can get through. – Derek C
Oh i'm so making a review on an employee named Mandy for a minute or 2. Here i've been going to the south Hill and the one at the y. So Mandy, today was like the little phone operator from like the 1920s. she's pretty gangster at her job. I don't know what the process was of her getting my cart, which, okay ill be honest I needed my plaid she got it. Even though she held me down against my own will to make this statement.
