I am a very busy person and the prior online process to order and pick up is very convenient. I order and then pick up on my way home from work or wherever. Recently the process has changed and when I have got there the order was not complete and they filled when I got there. My issue with this is, there is a reason we order to have ready when we walk in to pick up. It’s convenient and I need to be in and out as quickly as possible. The workers are usually very kind and have great customer service but most recently I have seen a difference in customer service. I believe if we order earlier in the day and plan to pick up on the way home in the evening our orders should be prepared and ready to go. If you have ordered online earlier in the day and then don’t have it when I get there it does leave a bad taste because I am thinking ahead. There has been one time I was not able to make it in to get my order and it was because my mother passed. I just think our orders should be bagged when we order them and not wait until 4 hours later when we walk in to grab them that they are filled. Super inconvenient. Hope the process returns to the way it was prior to the change of waiting to fill our orders until we pick up. Other than that love coming here. – Priscilla Louwien

I have been really dissapointed in how the mobile ordering process takes to be able to get your product. On several occasions I have placed a mobile order and have waited over an hour before going in after not receiving a text. When I get there they don't have it ready still, half the time the ONE person who is filling orders is talking to their coworkers or moving really slow. I understand if occasionally this happens but it has happened almost every time since I moved here a year ago. I have since found another dispo that has good prices and takes only a few minutes-20 min to have my order ready to go. Most of the time I come in to your location it seems faster to not order through mobile but then we don't get the discount. I would love to order here more if it wasn't for this. UPDATE 1/10/2025 I have been waiting almost 2 1/2 hours for my mobile order to be ready. When I wrote this review originally I had waited 4 HRS!!! This is absurd honestly. – Kaitlin Long

Staff are all incredibly friendly but sometimes I think they forget that it is still a business that needs to be run. Wait times are atrocious, lines out the door at all times and absolutely zero sense of urgency from the 5-6 people behind the counter. Today we ordered and after 2.5 hours of no text (trying not to bother budtenders until our order was ready), I was told that sometimes if it gets overwhelming they just stop filling them and wait for people to come in and ask about it. I hope that management can improve the functionality and professionalism in the near future. – Maria Teter

The new online ordering process is extremely off putting and useless & the points system pretty much is now too. My husband went in and usually the staff are super nice, but this time the girl that helped him was rude. Apparently they’re under new management, too bad, gotta find a new shop now. – Audrey Sickler

The staff is great, friendly, kind, understanding and helpful. I've visited enough that they know me and my dogs and always give them treats and love. Sometimes I get overwhelmed with multiple options and pressure to be quick and efficient when there's a line and I can quickly began to have a panic attack. They are indescribably kind and helpful when that happens, taking the time to talk calmly and sharing their opinion on the best option. I appreciate how they take care of the customer. I've only had one issue and the manager quickly solved it when I returned. I'm also extremely glad everybody has their own tip jar now. They're points system is great and comes in clutch at times. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Great price range and great inventory. If ya only want to spend a few bucks or treat yourself it's the best shop in town IMHO. – Tim Watson
