What People Are Saying

Been coming here for a while now. I absolutely appreciate the online order discounts. The last few times my order had to be pulled even though I had a ready for pick up confirmation so that was a tiny inconvenient. The bud tenders are always nice to me and fairly quick even when its super busy. Today was the usualy fast in and out but bud tender Jazmin, was super sweet, she has an amazing aura. – Charity Collins

This used to be my favorite dispensary, but since the new management took over I’ve been really disappointed with the changes. It used to be so helpful and convenient to place an online order, then go through the expedited line to pick it up, but since changing that it defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead to save time. It’s really frustrating when you’re in a hurry. The staff there is as always phenomenal, but it is obvious that they are overwhelmed and these unnecessary changes are causing strain on them. The few times I’ve come in since the change, nearly half the customers are up in arms and taking it out on staff. I still come in because the customer service is great, and I love the budtenders, but the whole atmosphere has changed. I know they are doing the best they can, and I don’t want a negative review to reflect on them, but it is very clear that there is new management and none of these recent changes seem to be benefiting the staff or the patrons. Everyone I know who used to come in regularly because of the online ordering has started going to different dispensaries that still have a separate line for online orders. Hopefully they go back to the old ways! – Cassandra Hundeby

I am a very busy person and the prior online process to order and pick up is very convenient. I order and then pick up on my way home from work or wherever. Recently the process has changed and when I have got there the order was not complete and they filled when I got there. My issue with this is, there is a reason we order to have ready when we walk in to pick up. It’s convenient and I need to be in and out as quickly as possible. The workers are usually very kind and have great customer service but most recently I have seen a difference in customer service. I believe if we order earlier in the day and plan to pick up on the way home in the evening our orders should be prepared and ready to go. If you have ordered online earlier in the day and then don’t have it when I get there it does leave a bad taste because I am thinking ahead. There has been one time I was not able to make it in to get my order and it was because my mother passed. I just think our orders should be bagged when we order them and not wait until 4 hours later when we walk in to grab them that they are filled. Super inconvenient. Hope the process returns to the way it was prior to the change of waiting to fill our orders until we pick up. Other than that love coming here. – Priscilla Louwien

Locals!!! Why??? Okay, one line for everyone. I’ll be patient and wait it out and see what happens. But now our online orders are not pulled until we get to the store? This is not forward progress in a world of convenience and efficiency. I’m so frustrated with this process and by the look of the usually chill budtenders, they are too. There is a chaotic vibe behind the counter and fewer smiles. To whomever made this decision…. you royally messed up. – Andrea Sachs

Staff are all incredibly friendly but sometimes I think they forget that it is still a business that needs to be run. Wait times are atrocious, lines out the door at all times and absolutely zero sense of urgency from the 5-6 people behind the counter. Today we ordered and after 2.5 hours of no text (trying not to bother budtenders until our order was ready), I was told that sometimes if it gets overwhelming they just stop filling them and wait for people to come in and ask about it. I hope that management can improve the functionality and professionalism in the near future. – Maria Teter
