It's ok and it's definitely cheap, but don't expect great customer service here, or any for that matter. I've been going here a couple of years and their turnover is so high I don't recognize a single budtender, and the ones that are there generally don't look too happy to be there. If you order online, it's hit or miss whether or not you'll just stand around waiting several minutes before a budtender even comes to the cash register. – Zac M

I was sold a cart that tasted like how a plastic dolls head might taste if you were to smoke it. And then I went to return it the next day to complain about the chemical taste and the lady said After taking it in the back to taste it, that “ yeah that’s how it’s suppose to taste…and I probably would’ve offered it to you also if u told me u were wanting ‘a gorilla glue strain’”. Wow, no refund to say the least but she offered me a 15% discount on another “cheap glue strain” No thx. Never again. – Jennifer Peterson

Locals is busy and has a huge selection. The last couple times I gone in my bud tender was Nylah and I have to leave a review. She is personable, knows her stuff and I can tell she genuinely cares about educating and finding what I need. May is my other favorite bud tender she is always personable and fun. I have rarely had bad customer service here over the years even as employees come and go and I wish I could name them all. Best return policy in town for carts. Best selection. Great experiences. This place has the best top notch customer service! The butterfinger that helped me this last time was very patient helping me find a topical for my back pain! She took the time to explain the differences between the different options and really listened to what I was saying and…I came in to pick up my online order so the topical was a last minute added on item and she didn't even seem upset with me! The bud tenders are VERY knowledgeable about the product they carry!! This is the only place I go since they opened!! – L.2013
