Walked in with gal asked for a disposable, the nice lady talked us into a different flavor which was cool as we walked out I asked again "this is a disposable right?" And was told yes, got to the car opened it and it was a cartridge, walked back in and was told by RILEY (Mean lady) that it was not returnable even though it was there mistake and made us buy another at 50% off meaning I had to spend another 22$ at which point I recorded the whole unsettling situation and the unprofessional lady RILEY got to the point that she flipped me off. I would highly recommend LIDS better prices and very professional staff – Phil Booher

My experience here this evening was actually a little embarrassing. I've been having to buy the cheaper, discount grams of hash oil.. I've been buying the same brand for about a month now. Come in tonight, same oil I got last week and the week before (grass valley). Four grams? $74 for oil past it's shelf life ðŸ˜. Usually the employees have been aware that they haven't been ringing up correctly, but not tonight. They just blankly told me "That's the price". I hope they feel as embarrassed as I am. Been a regular for 8 years now, but half the staff wouldn't even know because they are always rotating stores. Today was a bad day. 😿😿😿 – Patty D
