Primo Cannabis Weed Dispensary

I bought a disposable pen and it was burnt on the first puff. The device was running way too hot. I called the store that same day that I bought it to tell them what was going on and that I needed to return it or exchange it. The lady on the phone said that was completely fine and left a note with my name and what was going on. The next day I went in to take care of it and the manger that came out said that the girl on the phone gave me the wrong information and that he’s not going to do anything for me. He also said the girl that gave me that information over the phone was a lead? Aren’t leads supposed to know the correct information to give customers? So unprofessional and inconvenient. After driving 45 minutes back over there! So much for taking care of your customers. I will not be back. – Lilli Frawley

This was one of the first shops I came to when I moved here 8 years ago. Honestly out of all the shops I have visited and checked out, they are and always have been my favorite shop. The staff is friendly and helpful. The vibe is always good. I appreciate how knowledgeable and chill everyone is there. I always take their suggestions BTW. Theyre usually fine but tonight was pretty bad, I told the budtender like 3 or 4 times I was looking for a sativa dominant hybrid. Multiple occasions it seemed he couldn't hear me or just felt rushed recommended one saying its a hybrid that id probably want get home to find out it literally says indica dominant hybrid on the package. Either he's just a budtender that doesn't really know specifics of cannabis and didnt know how to help and just saw hybrid or he didnt care enough to check and provide quality experience. Their sales are great however majority of time their site is inaccurate as multiple occasions where I ordered online for what I want it said they had a lot in stock to find out they have none. (In all fairness they probably only update it once a day so not entirely their fault) So if you do come here just be sure to double check any recommendations given by some of the bud tenders as they will often times give you something completely opposite of what you asked for or wanted. Other than that theyre pretty good. I'd realistically rate 3.8 stars, sorry but if you feel like you cant realistically give a good recommendation to what the patient wants just let us know because I would've happily left done research and came back when I decided but this left me not wanting to even come again after being disappointed this many times. – Jared
