Caitlin was one of the most unique and expressive bartenders I've ever had she was able to show me the best quality for the best price and thank you. I was impressed with the depths of her knowledge and understanding of the product. I dearly enjoyed her customer service skills. She was very responsive to my requests to take it slow and plenty of time and to know that I like to talk about my product and that I was going to buy a lot of it and I really needed somebody with patience and respect. Love this place! Have been going there for almost a decade. My fave budtender right now is Chaos, he has the knowledge and experience with products. This is my place. I've been coming here for over 5 years! These people get you! They are the most helpful people you could ask for. Each person that works here is amazing! From their personal knowledge of products to their willingness to think outside the box. These are the people you need helping you find what products will work for you. I'm giving this place 2 stars to be fair to the other staff members there that weren't rude and put me off of this place. I have been a loyal customer for 2 years. Went in this past Saturday to get my ID renewed. Was told only Mon – Fri now. Ok cool. I placed an order. Would you be able to hold it until Monday when I come in to renew? The staff person said very sharply No! Then they go to tell me I can reorder it Monday when I come back in!? The another staff member comes over. A little bit nicer, reiterated what the other person said BUT said they can hold it IF I plan on coming in the next day? Which I was if my card would be renewed. Again, was told nah, just order it again on Monday. Let's just gang up on the customer, confuse them, and make them feel unwanted without knowing what is going on or why they are there in the first place. Please treat customers with respect. I know it's not always easy but we are supposed to be a community! – Jerry Ellioitt
