The Joint Tacoma

I'm not fond of going into "new to me" stores but The bad ass Security guy greeted my very tired self with a welcoming smile and warm personality. That right there made the right impression. The lay out is spacious, clean and not overwhelming. Gabriella was top notch. She respected my experience from working in the industry AND she wasn't afraid to throw out her picks. Her knowledge was fantastic. I chose the m fused tranquility and sleepin from her suggestions. And she hooked me up with those consistently stoney wedding cake from good earth. The girl knew her pricing, the products, the stains. Her vibe was really great. I'll definitely be back & p.s. she made sure I knew when happy hour was and she also got that 10% on there for first time customer loyalty card. Thanks again yall. – Kimberly Willis

Wow everybody, I was just trespassed from the Tacoma joint. I was going back and forth with them about my money that they stole. The lady sold me a joint then she took it back from me and said I already had my joint. I told them to review the cameras, the purple hair manager came back out and said she reviewed it and I already got my joint. Now mind you this is $4, I promised her I lifted offmy shirt, they made me feel like I was stealing so I was trying to prove that I didn't have it that the lady took it back. After being threatened with the police and being trespassed finally the The person who stocks the store and the security guard ran the film back from the beginning and saw that the lady did take my joint. The manager said you're still trespassed and have to get off the store and tried to give me the joint. I told her I don't want your joint now you guys called me a thief threaten me with calling the police, I just wanted my money back. That was so dirty of them to do that to me in front of all those people. No respect for the customer, no respect for what I went through just trying to be nice and buy a joint. I'm walking away feeling dirty. Like all of this was my fault, I started all this. All I wanted was a joint from the people who I've been doing business with for 4 years. Thank you for messing up my day. The cold part about it is I was going to give the lady a tip as I always do!! – Morris Catten

For my first time visiting I am extremely pleased. John was outstanding. He took his time with me and he educated me on quite a few things. I really appreciated the service, the atmosphere and the variety of products offered.
