I just wanted to take a moment to share how grateful I am for the amazing service I received tonight. Tricia was incredibly helpful as I was trying to sort out an issue with my medical license. She took the time to listen, gather my information, and let me know she’d follow up tomorrow after trying to resolve it. Her dedication to helping customers truly stood out—she went above and beyond, and I really felt cared for. Honestly, if I could recommend someone for a raise or more authority, it would be her! She's awesome. You can tell she loves doing her job and loves helping people. Also, Jasmine (I hope I’m spelling that right—my apologies if not!) was wonderful in helping me find the right options in my price range. She was kind, patient, and really took the time to make sure what I was looking at met my needs. I truly appreciated that personal touch. As someone who has hired and trained people in customer service and currently works in a workforce development program, I know how rare it is to find people with that level of professionalism, care, and initiative. If I were running a company again, I’d want to hire someone just like them ❤️ You’ve got an amazing team, and I just wanted to say thank you. Okok review update! In the past I’ve had some difficulties shopping but believe that comes from miscommunication. Either way I expressed my issues and they were extremely hands on and made things right instantly! I will definitely give this location another shot. Blaine was super helpful over the phone/email and then I got set up with a friendly bud tender who gave me a great recommendation on an ounce along with giving tips on how to get the same quality of weed I’m looking for next time. – caleigha abner

I just moved to the area , so I have been trying out different places. Well this place is BY far the best all around. Lots of options, affordable, and everyone is knowledgeable and nice 💯🙂 they definitely have a return customer from now on! – Lauren
