I love coming to Lidz! I’ve gone here for years and the customer service is amazing & deals, I always had Kiera help me cause she’s always there and always hooking it up with whatever they have new & sales going on! I love the fact I can come inside even throughout the years I’ve changed the types and ways I smoke she’s always up to date & knows exactly what I’m looking for weed wise, price wise, taste wise you name it which why she’s my favorite! Great conversations each time I come in, she literally is up to date on important milestones in my life lol. But out of all the locations I’ve been to she’s my favorite employee, I always leave happy & satisfied. Never really been a fan of this establishment even before the name change but I just went in today because I needed something ONLINE PRICE WAS $30 for the 8th nothing saying I need to place ONLINE ORDER TO RECEIVE DISCOUNT I go in because I like to look at different product before I buy or make an order but the total came out to $36 and I say something to the person checking me out and the Budtender proceeds to say “ should’ve said something or placed an order online” lol I will continue to keep my business down the road at Commencement Bay with better products and better prices anyway with more knowledgeable budtenders go somewhere else if you ultimately can Update: I was called by a wonderful manger named Patricia who gave me a full refund and breakdown of how disappointed they were with the interaction and I appreciate them going out of there way to make sure everything was corrected the same exact day I’m also pleased with the product I received AND now the service and have a reason to comeback i understand people are not perfect but I was just speaking on my experiences and just want everyone to enjoy the plant as much as I do updated to a 4 only because this instance did happened but it was acknowledged and hopefully can soon write a separate review worth a 5 – Isthatlonnie YT
