Love the prices here, but the customer service needs work. I’ve been in multiple times where the staff is too fixated on chatting with each other to acknowledge customers. Also, the separate online order counter is frustrating—no one ever seems to staff it, so you end up waiting forever before giving up and going to the regular line. Great selection and value, but the experience could be a lot smoother. – Brittani Denham

I’ve been a loyal customer here for years since I moved to Washington. I usually have a great experience, but tonight was quite different. I waited over 5 minutes in line before someone finally greeted me. The girl helping me was completely preoccupied with side conversations and didn’t seem to notice me at all. I’ve noticed that they frequently change their staff, and some of the bud tenders earlier in the day have more knowledge and provide better customer service. I’ll definitely be returning, but I’ll be making sure to avoid certain individuals. – Alcia Jason

The experience at the store has improved tenfold since doing away with Zips! Alysea was helpful and friendly, and both girls I talked to said they enjoy their place of work more now. Idk what the previous management was smoking round there but things have changed so I’ll be back. – Alyssa Sagers
