Two days ago I had an online order. They had plenty of time to prepare it and make sure it was correct, 30+ minutes when they texted me that it was ready after 5. First, dude scanned the wrong type of bud. I ordered trophy wife and he scanned trophy runtz. It wasn't in my budget, and I think he noticed it wasn't right because of the total being wrong. So then he went to grab what I had just assumed was the bud I ordered. Nope. 7 grams of whatever, courtesy of an employee who doesn't know how to pay attention or read. So I paid for bud I never would've gotten, don't like, and can't return. Please inform me, because I might just be uneducated, but how on earth does "sour face" sound like "trophy wife"??? Get your shit together and fire whoever that budtender is. If I can't return product, don't make me as a customer risk getting THE WRONG PRODUCT. Ridiculous. – BEDHEAD Official
