I frequent this particular shop a couple times a week. Yesterday I bought a vape cartridge by Aura. Last night while using it it broke/exploded cutting my finger and gooey all over. Today I went in the shop to exchange & the manager (tall, bearded – no one would give me his name) treated me like a POS !! Threw a different one in a bag and just handed it over. No apology not even eye contact. When I mentioned my concerns about it exploding again he said, “I can only exchange” and walked away!! The first girl who helped me was polite and nice. Excellent customer service! I usually just pick up my online order, but I have been given great suggestions a couple of times for extra product to try. I’ve been in sales my whole life and I truly appreciate someone who understands how to actively sell quickly and smartly. This place is lucky to have the employees they have – great crew! – Vandy

I placed an online order because it said online they had the edibles my wife prefers. After waiting in line the employee proceeded to bad mouth the other local store and then push me off to another employee because he wasn't doing the online orders. After waiting in line again a different employee tried to help me but couldn't find my order (I gave them my last name but they were searching for the first name only apparently and they didn't ask for my first name). Even after showing them the confirmation they had to go in the back multiple times to search for it. Eventually they found it and I left relieved, only to find when I got home that they had the correct brand, but the wrong flavor (which my wife is allergic to). This was my first and last time coming to this store. – G- Bear
