When I first walked in my first thougjt was ok this place is going to set me back a bit. It's was very upscale with a trendy tech meets salon vibe. Very nice and different from most dispensaries made me feel like I was treating myself. Shelby was my budtender who had a big smile when she greeted me . Not only was Shelby friendly and professional but her customer care was spot on. She asked me what I was wanting as she directed me to the area we needed as I told her the product I wanted and the overall affects I was looking for in the price range I wanted to stay in getting me as close as she could to the amount I was aiming for. After she rang me up she asked which I was going to try when I got home. That's when I realized I should've gotten a hybrid. It was too late to smoke a sativa that was going to get me moving and too early for an indica that was going to drop me in the dirt. As soon as I said something about that she said wait right here ran and got me the hybrid she likes personally rang me up again and sent me on my way. I can honestly say that I don't believe I've ever been in and out of any dispensary so quickly that's including ones I frequently shop. Everything I purchased were her reccomndations and she nailed it ! The part that still gets me is how budget friendly they were . Almost like I was getting away with somethings sinful. I will be going back and recommend giving the Craft a shot the next time you're in the need of some weed. – Trina Chappelle

Jordan was my bud tender, did not help my find what I was asking for although it was close to closing time, when I found what I wanted I was told it was too late to purchase what I wanted. I felt Jordan was rude and unhelpful to me finding what I was looking for… maybe they have good quality product but not good quality service. – Austin Shirley
