Love love love the employees at this store always an upbeat and happy place to go. The bud tenders know their products have no problem taking the time to answer questions or look for specific request. They always listen to what's important to you weather it's flavor strain price ect. Always willing to help you get the best deal (price and quality) rather than upsell to make you spend more. That being said if you're budget is top shelf they've got what you want too! – Lacey

This is the first dispensary I had been too since moving from another state. They were super welcoming and each time I’ve been in they’ve explained things in ways that didn’t make you feel stupid. It’s cool that they tell you to bring the item and receipt and they’ll replace it if there’s an issue. I never thought I’d have to but recently I did and the manager made it much harder than it had to be. Greeted by a guy who very quickly realized there was an issue. Handed it off to the manager, since she was there, I pointed out to her what the issue was while she put it on a machine that wasn’t going to work with the coil being separated. After following through with picking out a new piece she insisted there was still some issue with the receipt. She couldn’t grasp why the previous employee had given me a $10 discount. I told her a few times I didn’t know. She pulled in another employee whispering in a corner and asked me yet again if I knew why I got that big of a discount. Maybe ask the guy that sold it to me? I honestly have 0 idea. It was over a month ago. Interrogating much? It seems like I wasn’t saying what she wanted to hear. She got snarky, said something under her breath which I caught and I had asked if there was anything else she wanted to say. She rattled something off about just trying to help meanwhile she takes my cash, pulls up her cashapp and starts mingling between the register and her phone. It was weird. In all honesty the transaction wouldn’t have been an issue if she hadn’t been involved at all. The guy was about to have me in and out and on my way but the manager kept making a bigger deal out of something one of her employees did. As a Manager, that’s wild. Time to find another shop. – Kendall Totten
