The manger is super unprofessional, and they only carry something for a certain amount of time the store has too much stuff to where it's overbearing, when you go in. The manager is very unperfessional. I was just giving customer feedback, and he tells me to pretty much get out of the store and I'm not welcome back. They never carry anything that you want for so long. Andn When you finally do like something, they will never have it again. The prices are outrageous. It's because it's a little store in a little hut. It's not a franchise, do not go here. – justin carel

I came in after work to grab a cartridge and the price tag said 25$ in the glass counters on the buddy's brand and When I got up to the register it was $36, When I asked about the price difference They said that it was changed in their system and not on the shelf this morning. They didn't not Honor the shelf price advertising and I had to pay and extra $6 in Bank fees to get the rest of the money from the atm because I only had $25 cash on me. Making my $25 plansd purchase into an unexpected $51 total with bank fees purchase doubling my price and I had to do two payments to make it work, increasing my efforts and making it less convenient for me to purchase. all unplanned, very unexpected, I come here very often and give 100% of my business . So this was very very disappointing to experience. – Rick Irons
