By far the worst Main Street location. Had a terrible experience in store. Door person wasn’t paying attention and skipped me 4 times. No menus available to browse while I waited ages. Upon telling Ashley (? Fuchsia colored hair) about my displeasure, she told me that I can shop somewhere else and it wasn’t her fault. Not sure that’s great for business. Please stop pooling tips, I will not tip when bud tenders who are like that, are unfairly compensated. I get that businesses get busy, I’m a barista. That doesn’t mean you should lack empathy, pass blame, or literally tell your customer to shop somewhere else. – P.k. Howlett

I’ve been to A LOT of 502 shops and this one is by far the weirdest experience ever. Cuz Why do the budtenders need to wear aprons lol. Are they cooking up edibles back there? And why do they make the budtenders write every order by hand? And there’s no line – you wait to get approached by someone. I def got approached first before the three people who came in the door before me. Then You pay the budtender after he takes your order and then pick up the order elsewhere. This is not conducive to a good customer experience if you ask me. Who came up with this great idea? lol smh. Good selection though!! – Jackie Au

Great selection but I popped in on my way back to Portland and found that they have no system for tracking customers and making sure they're helped after they walk in so it was just chaos. No clear signage for customers or instructions, truly the most disorganized dispensary I've ever seen. Employees seem nice but holy cow, awful customer experience. Ordering online seems like it would be better. – Rose
