I being going here for something good prices unfortunately the customer service is not that good so sometimes you are able to get good stuff sometimes they just rude and you just get upset and get whatever they give you .. it had really good customer service and it had a lot more customers than new people started working there and is not the same,, they don't have the patience to explain whatever questions you have.. one time I was asking the guy and he got upset and left .. left me standing to there without saying anything at all – mayra alvarado

This is my favorite MSM location! Before they opened, the cheapest oil carts I could get in the area were $15. I never looked back, especially since the bud tenders are always so fast and friendly. Unfortunately I moved, but I try to stop in when I visit my parents in the area. – Xär Blackthorn

Edit: The owner has reached out promptly to apologize about my experience and make it right and get more info to check their stock for any more that may have came in short from the grower before they get sold. I really appreciate that he did that. Definitely shows care for his customers. Service like that is what I’m used to at Main Street so I’m happy to change my review to 5 stars. Normally I’m a big fan of this place. Prices are good people are friendly. Today I went in and bought about an Oz of phat panda flower, couple different kinds, which I do every week. I got home and noticed the half oz of golden pineapple looked short so I threw it on my scale and it was 10 grams, rather than 14. I know they can’t replace weed cause I already came home, but I did call to let them know to at least go check the others cause that is absolutely ridiculous. 1/3 of it missing. The jar was sealed so I’m not saying an employee stole any, but they definitely need to be checking their orders better when they arrive. The guy who answered, Spencer, could barely be bothered. I was super friendly when calling, told him I don’t expect any free weed cause I’m sure they can’t do that but to please just check the other jars so it don’t happen again to other customers and he couldn’t even be bothered to apologize for the mistake, or say thanks for the heads up I’ll go check them out. Normally Main Street is my favorite. I love all the locations and employees and have been coming here since before the first location even expanded next door back in 2016! But this has left a terribly sour taste in my mouth. – Caitlin Larson
