Terrible customer service. Went in looking for an edible tincture and one of the budtenders sold me a tincture that was a topical. I didnt realize it until I was about to eat it and realized on the back it of the vial it said DO NOT EAT. Tried to exchange it for something that I could actually use for anxiety relief. The manager told they would not exchange for a new item and the best the could do is 30% off a new purchase. Sean the budtender was a jerk and clearly wasn't interested in taking the time to understand the situation. Save your money and shop elsewhere! – Braxton Jamison
Buy online and pick up in the store!! Where I'm from in Oregon the online sales are the same as the in-store sales but here their online sales take into account the time it takes for their staff to help you in person so if you purchase online you save 30 to 40% every single purchase and it really adds up.
