I was pretty upset when I was blamed for a faulty cart, to say the only way a cart can get burnt is through user error is quite frankly incorrect and an easy way to close the conversation. I ended up speaking to a friend who is in the business who suggested something to fix the cart. It sucks to be out your money and then blamed, but thankfully I found a solution. Sometimes the ceramic and the type of cart these farms use aren’t as compatible with its wick they choose, with ceramic, heat and the thick viscous oil. It’s not always user error and to tell a customer that after they tell you they have the right temp and don’t take long pulls, sucks. I think due to this I will only be buying one cart to two at a time now. People deserve to pay for products that work and if they don’t work then there should be a return. If it’s decided that’s not an option at all, it would have been nice to be told how to fix it so I wasn’t out my money but if you think it’s user error I guess you can’t really recommend anything besides lower heat and shorter pulls. Anyways. Otherwise I love this place and never have problems. Thankfully I rarely have problems with products since figuring out which brands take pride in their product (no matter the price point) so this was a lesson learned on trying new brands. Lol. – S

I was stopping by on my way home and came into this dispo for the first time and to my surprise I was greeted nicely and was helped through the items I was looking for. Giving tips, suggesting and explaining different strains, even explaining the deals one by one. If I remember correctly, Maliyah was the tender who helped me with such a kindly manner and did not mind my abundance of questions!! – Enrique
