Fire Cannabis Co in Yakima has decent enough customer service, which is why I will still give them 3 stars. However, I’m a little disappointed in the quality of their products and accuracy of online ordering (especially at the prices they’re asking for). There’s been more than one occasion where I ordered a product solely off of the online description, only to get home and realize it was a lesser quality product. It’s on me for not checking my order before leaving, but it’s also on the company to provide clear, concise, ACCURATE descriptions. – Lee J
