I just had sum1 go there for me and I got my stuff and I got a disposable cartridge and when I opened the package the disposable was half gone and I was trying to see if it leaked anywhere but no leaks fire cannabis is one of the most expensive dispensaries in Yakima 2nd to Yakima weed co. AND 2 fire cannabis is unreliable asf and they need to start doing better I advise everyone to not go there – Madara Uchiha
Extremely disappointed to have stopped by and Kimbo not be there. Seems they should have treated their best employee a lot better. They won’t be seeing another DIME from me and others for sure. I’ll go take my business somewhere that actually values and appreciated their employees – Jesa Stockman
It was my first time buying weed and the absolute worst case scenario happened – my card didn't work. Cashier helped me troubleshoot it for a bit and when we couldn't get it to work, pointed out an ATM I hadn't noticed on the way in, so I was still able to pay for my order. She was genuinely so nice and understanding and I'll absolutely be coming back!! – Damien Torrance
Started out very well, loved the place the people, everything was cool, didn't ever go any place else. Then the last month, the visits got to be less enjoyable, tenders were becoming more rude less knowledgeable. Then my debit card got ran like 4 times in a row telling us it was an error, well it charged my card every single time, they could do nothing, they acted like they didn't wanna do nothing. It got taken care of on the banks end, I went back in because I liked the place so much, then it happen again with my Debit Card, this time they were just down right rude, almost to the point where one of them kinda laughed that it happe, and then basically saying it was my fault, that there was nothing they could do, no sorry or we apologize. She says next time maybe you should use the ATM, they did not seem concerned one bit at all that I had just got taken for 130.00 and got nothing. I will never again step foot in there and will make sure people know what kind of business they run. – Clayton Lias
customer service half a star. manager half a star. was waiting to be helped while 1/2 was lost on her first day and the manager even told the new girl not to help me, Guess they expect me to see across the counter and 5 ft behind them. Worst Dispo to go to here in yakima. They were better when they were at the other building now even my friends hate this dispo. Finally I get the same treatment they get. – Roy Aguilar
