All my online orders went smoothly and the workers were polite everytime I went! It was my birthday one of the days there and they all yelled happy birthday!!!! Their online ordering doesn't work for me so I am forced to let online orders skip ahead of me in line. I'll be waiting 5 minutes in line and they let the pre orders skip ahead of me, apparently their money is more valuable than mine. Store would be a lot better if they got rid of the separate pre-order line, which creates conflict between the customers. I have no problem telling the budtenders that I was there in line first and will not yield to the pre orders. This is the only pot shop that does this, even other Kush 21's franchises don't do this, so why does this branch have to screw with non pre-order customers? – Coach Jordan
