New girls need some training. I’ve been coming here for years and have had good experiences, but there’s been a few new girls lately that need more training. The girl with the pink flower in her hair on 12/17 has no idea what she’s doing and lacks knowledge/experience. She couldn’t make any recommendations and had a hard time telling me about the products she presented. I ended up leaving with nothing for the first time ever – Liz Stokes
Best prices locally, but dishonest marketing. They mark their Phat Panda carts at 97 – 99% THC, which a quick and easy Google search would tell you is incredibly unlikely. The Phat Panda carts also burn MUCH quicker than the other brands. Also not sure why all of the flower in Yakima/Washington is so harsh. Have had very little success with finding quality flower. – Kaelyb Hackney
Might as well not have a refund policy, they'll just hook up the broken cart to their battery and go "look its making the noise that means it works, that means you cant return it" even though it's not pulling, cause obviously they can't legally test if it pulls. – Robin Ellermeier
