I bought 2 pretty nicely priced cartridges looking for the right high and I even had shown them a screen shot and I rechecked my cart online to see if it was hybrid and it was. But when I originally bought 5 minutes prior he had Gaven me indica I went back in to trade it and because of a policy I couldn’t get the one I originally asked for and here’s to show what I did ask for and what I got – Kimjim420

This is going to be a wild one and I hope something is done about it. I reported them to the liquor and cannabis board because of this reason. I buy a dab cart and it doesn't work correctly so I brought it back. That's why they tell you to keep the receipt. I didn't have it for more than an hour before I brought it back. The employee guy takes it and then goes to the back. He comes back and then tells me he smoked it outside in the back. Wait what. That's illegal. Washington State law says you can't smoke on public property. Then he tells me to go smoke it outside in the front. So I was just doing what they were telling me and it still wasn't working correctly. I just wanted one that worked. He wouldn't take no for an answer so I went to my car and tried to take two hits to prove it builds up and cloggs. So I go back in and they tell me they saw me smoking it but I wasn't. She tells me she can only replace it with the one that I bought but I already knew that. Then before I leave she tells me to go smoke it in my car to make sure it works. I told her no. The new one worked pretty good when I got home. Did you know that marijuana is supposed to go in the trunk when your driving. It's pretty illegal to tell a customer to go try it in the car before they leave. All them smoke weed while they are working and they treated me pretty bad and Ive been a loyal customer for like 5+ years. I go only here. I called them today to explain what happened and they told me they test it buy smoking it in the back. They then got angry when I told them I reported them to the liquor and cannabis board because they're putting their lips on other people's stuff and smoking illegally and telling people it's ok. They were super rude and mean. Their manager told me my car is private property and that's why it's ok to smoke in the car. Imagine how many DUI's are being caused with cannabis because this store. They are jeopardizing the lives of their customers. I wouldn't go there. They're not honest, they're spreading germs, and shady as hell. I need in touch with the owner of this place because their management and employees are going to get them shut down. – brandon zumwalt
