Its OK, it's nice and they have a big selection. The reason I'm leaving 3 stars instead of 4 or 5 is the prices were high, double some triple my normal shops prices on the same products. The employee was nice, but unhelpful. He 1. tried to charge me full price on a 50% off sale item, good thing one of us was paying attention, and 2. Knew nothing about the 1 product i asked about.?! I thought your job was too know these things?! I really don't appreciate standing in a cold breeze way, waiting on 1 of 2 employees to open the door, it's ridiculous! it's a pain in the butt and another reason I more than likely won't spend money with this business again. Super organized, great product selection, and now rocking a full ROVE display that makes it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for. Stopped by the kushery on my way home from work for a battery due to mine not working. This is not my regular shop. I was greeted kindly by a gentleman named Chase. I let him know that I was looking for a battery, he pointed out the area where they're kept and met me there. He proceeded to ask me questions about my old battery so that we could find a better fit or something similar. I have to say, the Kusheries selection of different type of batteries is quite impressive. Most weed stores I visit only carry one maybe two different type of batteries, The Kushery has at least 5! Chase was on it, I'm not easy to please, he was quick to lend me his personal opinion as well as show me exactly what I wanted to see. I appreciated his respectful demeanor, direct eye contact and general product knowledge. After finding a battery I even poked around for some flower, I went with budtenders choice! Thanks Chase 🔥 The reason I'm leaving this review is because I was fully prepared to receive below average to average service due to the fact that the budtender starting wage is normally right around minimum wage. Chase and his customer service are the reasons why I made a secondary purchase this evening and left a tip. Thanks buddy, keep up the good work! – Sean

I’ve tried to give you guys multiple chances to see if I have a good experience the next time I come in. And unfortunately, today’s third attempt did not go as planned. You guys have a display showing prices with a clear sticker just to be told, it’s a different price. Besides the chaos that always somehow seems to be happening when I go in it’s unfortunate that they couldn’t honor the price. They originally have listed the product for giving the fact that multiple items are listed for that same price and it’s very misleading to not only myself but potential customers. Honer your prices on what you labeled doublecheck next time if you really are unsure. – Alberto Castaneda

Let’s just get one thing straight. If I could rate this dispensary ZERO stars I 100% would. I will NEVER step foot here again after the customer service we received from Mark this evening. 2/24/25 around 5pm. I bought a Agro Couture brand cartridge this morning 2/24/25 around 9am. I immediately noticed upon opening it that there was an odd dark ring of what looked like resin. Like when you burn a cartridge ALLLLL the way down and all the oil gets burnt and super dark brown. Just floating on top of the brand new cartridge. I also noticed a smell that’s not normal for a cartridge. It smelt like resin that’s been sitting in an old dab rig that is months old. In all honesty I think it was pressed from moldy weed. After tasting it I KNEW something was WAY off! I waited for my husband to get home to confirm that it tasted off. He got home, took a hit and immediately was like “oh that’s bad, that’s not right.” After confirming from 2 sources we called and spoke with Mark the night lead on 2/24/25. We explained we aren’t novice smokers, and that there was something wrong with the product we were smoking. He then said sorry can’t do anything about it. I said this isn’t right there is exchange policy’s you have in place? He said sorry I can’t return it. I then asked for his manager. Mark said I could come in tomorrow morning and speak with Dom. I said ok and hung up. My husband heard all of the phone call and found Mark to be incredibly dismissive, rude and disrespectful. After that I went onto the website and looked at the return policy and it said with in 7 days of purchase, with original packaging and receipt. It also stated that on the receipt. So my husband and I put all the things listed on the receipt and went back in around 5:30pm. We spoke with a very nice lady that also agreed with us about it looking and smelling off. She then handed us off to Mark (the same guy we spoke with on the phone) and he tested the cartridge technically but refused to further investigate it possibly being a bad batch. Mark tried to play it off as we didn’t like the “taste” but what we were trying to get across was that there was something wrong. After going back and forth for a few minutes about knowing the policy’s and laws we have to follow (I am a previous budtender) I got tired of the disrespect and disregard to the issue and asked for the owners phone number. Instead we got Mark calling Dom, and he came out with “we are gonna let this slide this one time.” And left with a different something. I never received the owners number. I hope this reaches the owner. It shouldn’t be this big of a battle to return a product that was an obvious bad batch – Kennedy Wint
