I want to take a moment to recognize Aaron and Forrest for the outstanding service they consistently provide. Every time I visit Kush, they are welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. They both take the time to truly understand what I’m looking for and always recommend products that end up being exactly what I need. Their customer service truly goes above and beyond. They are patient, detail-oriented, and genuinely care about making sure customers have the best experience possible. It’s rare to find people who put this much effort and thought into helping others, and it never goes unnoticed. Honestly, if Forrest and Aaron didn’t work there, it just wouldn’t feel like Kush. They make every visit enjoyable, and I’m incredibly grateful for their professionalism, kindness, and dedication. Shout out to Forrest and Aaron — you both are truly amazing souls. My experience visiting this shop was amazing from beginning to end! I wanted to put in a good word for Forrest- who went above and beyond to provide some of the best customer service ive ever had. I have a myriad of health problems and no real knowledge of the products sold there.. so I walked in lost. Forrest made sure to not only find products that would help me, but was incredibly patient as well, as i had a ton of questions (all of which he answered in a way I could understand). I walked into the store and was greeted by a guy named MARCO who was immediately asking how he could help me. He explained the product to me gave me multiple choices and made the whole experience very quick and easy. I don’t know how to say this but this MARCO guy deserves the noble prize for his work , i could have offered him my unborn child and I don’t think it would have sufficed…… MARCO FOR PRESIDENT – Tyler D
