I like this dispensary. It has become my go-to after my other local dispensary closed down. The budtenders are always helpful & they carry a solid range of products. They're pricier than I would like so minus one star for that, but there is usually a deal running depending on the day of the week. Special shout-out to Kyle for always being a friendly face when I come in. He's super knowledgeable about the products & makes great recommendations. – Chione

I’ve e been a loyal customer here for a while, and the employees know me well. I’ve never had any issues with the products until I recently purchased a faulty device. I understand that defects can happen, and I didn’t place any blame on the dispensary. However, when I returned to explain the situation with staff who clearly remembered my recent purchase, I was met with zero flexibility. I was told that without the original packaging, nothing could be done due to policy. While I understand the importance of policies, it’s disappointing that long-term customers aren’t valued or offered any reasonable solution. I’ve always trusted their products and service, which is why I never felt the need to keep packaging. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my perception. It’s clear that customer satisfaction isn’t a priority here, and for that reason, I won’t be returning. A little understanding and care for loyal customers would have gone a long way. – Omar Salcedo
