Cascade is far and away the best dispensary in Bellingham and I’ve been to every one, that’s not taking anything from the others, but if there must be one, it’s Cascade. The employees are great and super helpful, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming and relaxed; not overly stoner or overly sterile. The prices and deals are amazing. If it sounds like I’m glazing, I’m glazing. They’re that good. 10/10 IMO. The owner is also super nice he helped me with my card just the other day. Sometimes things just fit together perfectly in a non specific way and it just works, that’s Cascade. – F I
I checked CHC’s website yesterday and carefully selected products using their terpene filter. I placed my order, received a confirmation that it was ready, and drove over 20 minutes to pick it up. When I arrived, I was told the total was $68—but that one of the items I ordered wasn’t actually available. He acted like it was no big deal. When I asked for a replacement with the same terpene profile, the staff member didn’t even know what a terpene was and seemed unaware their own website offered that feature. At that point, I left and went to a dispensary with knowledgeable budtenders who understand medical-use needs. If you rely on cannabis for specific symptom relief, I’d avoid this place. Staff should know more than how to ring up a sale. – Julie Webber
Never going back. Purchased something from them only to be treated extremely unwelcome and being rude to me afterwards because they were closing and I asked a very simple question about some glass they had for sale. Pretty much got ran out of store while one employee was angerly shutting the blinds and being super rude to me. Way to treat a paying customer. – Paul Dozier
