Terrible customer service this lady on the day shift is horrible and bad at her job she didn’t provide options didn’t give eye contact listened to nothing I said repeatedly said “yeah I don’t really know” deserves no tips should be fired for not even attempting to do her job. SCAM LOCATION THAT OVER PRICES EVERYTHING GO TO 2020 solutions. Horrible business. – Austin J
I’ve been going to this place for months now. I loved the staff and the products were good. I would have given 5 stars. Until this most recent interaction when I went to return a cartridge that was faulty. I had the receipt, they know me, I have an account with them. They tested the cartridge for me and confirmed that yes it was faulty, but NO they would not trade it out for me. The best they offered me was a 5% discount. I’m a loyal customer, I tip, I’m friendly every single time and to be treated like this was unacceptable, I will not return. Ever. And I’ll tell everyone I know that this business does not put its customers first. What seemed like the manager was there and the best he offered was 5% off. No thank you. – Madelyn Harrell

This was my favorite pot shop for the last year and half everyone was nice and I always went out of my way to go there. After today however I will never be going back. I bought a cartridge from here 1/3/25 and was told I did not need a receipt because it was going on my account. The lady with thick glasses had been somewhat rude throughout my entire check out so did not want to further annoy her by asking for my recipe (my fault). Anyway the product I bought did not work so when i went to return it on 1/4/25 i could not produce my receipt. However I thought that was fine because the transaction history was on my account so I was told. (It was not, The rude woman did not bother entering in my account info) The manager then told me the best he could do was 30% off another purchase which was the same discount I got when placing my order online. I feel like this is bull shit because we both know that if you wanted to spend the time you can always find the transaction information in the POS system. It just requires you put in effort which apparently is to much to ask for now adays. I will be taking my business somewhere else from here on out. – wyatt nelson
Love the online ordering I mean 30% off can't beat it. Use to grow my own but no need to now I can't grow for the same price as I can buy. It's cheaper to buy here then grow. Now I have more time for fishing and camping iwill grow in winter when It's too cold to fish and camp lol. – James PETERSON
