I’ve been a loyal customer of this store for a long time because of the selection and great people. I brought in a friend as a new customer, and the new girl Jaime now works here, and I had avoided her at the other store. She’s been dismissive, condescending, and just mean because I ask questions. It feels like she thinks she s better than customers. It’s disappointing that someone with such a negative attitude represents a place that’s is amazing. I genuinely hate that she works here now. I hope this store takes customer feedback seriously and considers how one persons behavior can ruin it. I won't be back. Back to the other stores – Carissa

My husband and I have been going to Nirvana and haven’t had the best of experiences. Someone recommended Lucky Leaf and yesterday I was finally able to go for the first time. I had the BEST experience they had the product displayed perfectly and a GREAT variety of items. The employee who helped me was AMAZING!! The store was clean and presentable. The prices were much better than other places I’ve been to. All around definitely going back!!! Employees were amazing and helpful. They answered all my questions without issues unlike Nirvana.
