Been coming here since they opened and haven’t went to another ever since! Not only do they have good daily deals but their reward point system actually REWARDS you! I can walk away with so much product under 100 bucks. Added bonus: there is a Pokémon stop right next door! Get double rewards. Customer service is a 10/10 every day, and I tend to go every day. Always greeted at the door with a hello and smile. I have never experienced an “off day” from anyone on staff. I do experience when my budtender wants another opinion regarding my questions or concerns, they will “switch” with another to ensure I walk away with what I came for. I never feel like I’m getting the “product of the day” to meet a “goal” and they actually really care about getting you nice and toasty! I really do mean I go almost daily, my go to are their 4 for 20 deal, infused and non infused. But they have an amazing selection of disposables, love the Freddy Fuego(they carry the flower too!) Im happy that higher/redmond leaf is making their presence in Redmond. They always give good recommendations when you’re looking to try something new.
