Been coming here since they opened and haven’t went to another ever since! Not only do they have good daily deals but their reward point system actually REWARDS you! I can walk away with so much product under 100 bucks. Added bonus: there is a Pokémon stop right next door! Get double rewards. Customer service is a 10/10 every day, and I tend to go every day. Always greeted at the door with a hello and smile. I have never experienced an “off day” from anyone on staff. I do experience when my budtender wants another opinion regarding my questions or concerns, they will “switch” with another to ensure I walk away with what I came for. I never feel like I’m getting the “product of the day” to meet a “goal” and they actually really care about getting you nice and toasty! I really do mean I go almost daily, my go to are their 4 for 20 deal, infused and non infused. But they have an amazing selection of disposables, love the Freddy Fuego(they carry the flower too!) Im happy that higher/redmond leaf is making their presence in Redmond. They always give good recommendations when you’re looking to try something new. The three stars are for the customer service provided by the gentleman and not the young woman with the grey, fuzzy ear muffs, she seemed disinterested and bothered that a customer even come into the dispensary, and failed to greet me, she then meanders slowly away to the employee restroom. 🤷🏾‍♀️ Then why are you there? I will chalk my experience up to a bad day? Nonetheless, it warrants not returning, I mean there was NO one else in the dahl gern store. I want to thank the gentleman that provided me with decent customer service. It's almost as if you have to ASK to get anything from retail employees, I mean, I am not here to check your Fire Alarm system. 😂 Regarding my selection, I selected the Old School Lemons, a Sativa-dom Hybrid, in a pre roll from Viking Cannabi$ was a great choice for me, as it is a beautiful cross of OGK (OG Kush) x GTH (Ghost Train Haze), she smells like kerosene, lime soda, and subtle mandarin oranges. 🍋‍🟩 🍊 Enjoy! – Nona Moss
