Honestly the best dispo around me and I just moved into the area. Great customer service, the vibes are always there. Amazing deals and great rewards program. I don’t usually leave reviews, but my visit to Hashtag was so disrespectful it needs to be called out. I asked the budtender to show me the Full Spec carts and was hit with an attitude like I was wasting their time. Seriously? That’s your job. I wasn’t rude — just a customer asking a simple question — and got treated like I didn’t belong there. Not just that, he threw the carts in front of me too. I should’ve just left after all that. I’ve been to dispensaries all over WA, and this was hands down the worst service I’ve encountered. If this is how you treat people who aren’t regulars, expect to keep losing customers. Despite all of the bad reviews about attitude and lack of knowledge, I gave it a shot for a different selection. I got a wonderful budtender who was able to answer all of my questions, she never hesitated with answers or suggestions, and she gave me more information than I had asked for. I've been here quite a few times. They have a good selection but beware when you order online. They've scammed me twice by substituting items without asking me. They sneak in more expensive items. They have me paying more $ for fewer joints. Twice they have subbed out a 10 pack prerolls indica for a 5 pack prerolls sativa but charged me the same price. I was scammed out of 5 joints and they weren't even the same strain. They were bad joints too. If you order online make sure to thoroughly check your order. Do not trust them.
